How it goes
Book online or call. Choose the service and the length. You can ask for a particular person, or take whoever is free first.
The day before, we email you a short intake form. It takes about five minutes.
Arrive 15 minutes early. We show you the changing room, your locker and the quiet room, and give you a robe and slippers.
Your therapist reads the form with you and asks what you want from the session: the pressure you like, areas to focus on, areas to skip.
For a massage, you undress to your own comfort and stay covered by a sheet, apart from the area being worked on. Speak up at any time if you want more or less pressure.
Afterwards, take your time in the quiet room. You pay at the front desk on the way out.
The intake form
It asks about allergies, recent injuries or surgery, pregnancy, and any medicine that makes your skin sensitive. Only the person treating you reads it, and we keep it on file so you fill it in once. We are not medical providers and can't give medical advice: if you have a health condition, ask your doctor before you book.
What to wear
Anything comfortable. For a pedicure, wear open shoes or bring flip-flops so the polish can dry.
Pregnancy
Prenatal massage is offered from the second trimester. Tell us when you book, and we set up the table for you to lie on your side.
Coming as a pair
The couples room has two tables side by side. Book both people at once, online or by phone, so you are in the same room at the same time.
Before you book
- Canceling or moving
- Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. Later than that, or if you miss it, we charge half the service price.
- Holding your appointment
- A card holds your appointment. You won't be charged until your visit is over.
- Deposits
- Packages, and bookings for two or more people, need a 25% deposit when you book. It comes off your bill.
